There are people who love the sport and who do it every day. There are others who hate that, never do, “would like to like” that. For a long time, I was part of this second category. I did not understand people who liked to suffer, to sweat, to put themselves in harm’s way. Every attempt at fitness was a failure.
Learning to love sport
Today, sport is part of my life, I can not live without it. How did I do? Where did I find the motivation? What are my “tips” for being diligent? These are questions that come up so often in the comments and messages you leave me. Here are some tracks. Follow 먹튀검증 to get more enjoy.
Know why we play sports
When we start, we must understand and have our motivations in mind. They are specific to each one. If the idea is to have a sculpted body for the next vacation or to want the silhouette of the girls of Instagram, it will be difficult to hold on the duration. I think the motivation has to be deeper and more sincere than that.
Personally, I play sports for many reasons. To overtake me, to let off steam, to clear my head after a big day, to wake up in the morning and feel more energetic, to prove to me that I am able to achieve my goals, to be healthy, to have a better breath, to be able to eat more (hey, I’m greedy!), to share a nice moment with a friend, for the feeling of well-being after the session, to feel alive! And there are surely another 1000! Sport has changed my life and my way of being. He brought me confidence, determination, pride, joy, strength.
And you, what are your deep motivations?
Find your sport
The concern is that we are often victims of fashion, trends … I say “we” because I am concerned. When I started this blog, I tried yoga many times because it was (and still is) TREND. Except for that yoga, it may be trendy, it’s not for me. I am bored, I take no pleasure in it! I tried a dozen classes and then I stopped everything! We do not care about doing the same as others. What matters is finding what drives us and practicing an activity that makes us vibrate!
I tested a lot: Zumba, a Swedish gym, pole dance, boxing, Crossfit, and more. It’s nice for a class, but it does not speak to me more than that.
My thing is running and cycling! I just love it! It’s a pleasure. I’m always looking forward to running.
So I do what I like! I walk the asphalt along the docks for pleasure and not for the performance, I pedal the music in the ears. I also do bodybuilding not for pleasure (even if I like it), but to no longer suffer from back problems. That’s another motivation.
In short, the key is that you find YOUR sport. Try, test and when practice makes you vibrate and you can not wait to return, you hold YOUR activity! Do not be afraid to test many! It’s normal, you have to try several sports before “finding your way”
I talk about it in other articles on this blog, but I repeat it here. The organization is essential to be assiduous in its sports practice. Personally, every Sunday, I note in my diary my various physical activities of the week. It’s an appointment with me. I stick to it and I stall my schedule according to my sports practice!
